These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Association of Closet & Storage Professionals (“ACSP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website, membership services, programs, events, certifications, educational resources, and other products and services.

By accessing our website, becoming a member, registering for an event or program, making a purchase, or otherwise using ACSP services, you agree to these Terms.

You may use the ACSP website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the website in a manner that could damage, disable, interfere with, or impair the website or ACSP's operations, or interfere with another person's use of the website.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to ACSP systems, member accounts, databases, or other restricted areas of the website.

ACSP membership is subject to the membership requirements, dues, benefits, and policies established by the organization.

Membership benefits may vary by membership type and may be modified periodically by ACSP.

Members are responsible for providing accurate and current contact, company, and payment information.

Membership is associated with the individual or organization under which it was established and may not be transferred unless approved by ACSP.

ACSP offers annual and, for certain membership categories, recurring monthly membership payment options.

By selecting a recurring payment option, you authorize ACSP and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for applicable membership dues according to the billing frequency selected.

Recurring payments will continue until the membership or recurring payment arrangement is canceled in accordance with ACSP's applicable membership policies.

Members are responsible for keeping their payment information current. If a recurring payment cannot be processed, ACSP may contact the member to obtain updated payment information and may suspend membership benefits until payment is received.

Prices and fees displayed on the ACSP website are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Payments made through the ACSP website may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase, registration, membership, certification, or other transaction.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Membership dues, event registrations, certification fees, educational programs, and other purchases may be subject to specific cancellation and refund policies.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or registration, payments are considered final once the associated service, membership period, event registration, certification process, digital resource, or other benefit has been provided or made available.

Requests for cancellations or refunds should be submitted to ACSP. Eligibility for a refund will be determined based on the applicable program, event, membership, or purchase policy and the circumstances of the request.

ACSP reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify events, educational programs, or other activities. When this occurs, ACSP will communicate available options to affected participants.

Registration for an ACSP event or program is subject to any additional terms, deadlines, cancellation policies, and requirements provided during registration.

Event schedules, speakers, locations, programming, and other details may be changed when circumstances require.

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at ACSP events and programs. ACSP reserves the right to remove an individual from an event or program when conduct is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the professional nature of the organization.

Participation in an ACSP certification program is subject to the eligibility requirements, testing procedures, submission requirements, deadlines, fees, and other policies applicable to that certification.

Payment of a certification fee does not guarantee that an individual will earn certification. Participants must successfully satisfy the requirements established for the applicable credential.

ACSP reserves the right to modify certification requirements, procedures, and program materials as necessary to maintain the quality and integrity of its certification programs.

Unless otherwise stated, content provided by ACSP—including website content, publications, educational materials, certification materials, presentations, graphics, logos, videos, downloads, and other resources—is owned by or licensed to ACSP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

ACSP materials are provided for personal or authorized professional use. They may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, republished, modified, or used commercially without permission from ACSP or the applicable rights holder.

The ACSP name, logo, and other ACSP trademarks may not be used in a manner that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, certification, or affiliation without authorization.

If you provide ACSP with photographs, project information, articles, testimonials, directory information, award submissions, or other materials for publication or promotional purposes, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials.

When materials are voluntarily submitted for publication or promotion, you grant ACSP permission to use, reproduce, publish, and display those materials for reasonable association-related purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The ACSP website may include links to third-party websites, services, products, or resources.

ACSP does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, products, services, or privacy practices of third-party websites or service providers. The inclusion of a link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by ACSP.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies established by those providers.

ACSP provides educational, professional development, networking, industry, and informational resources for its members and the broader closet and storage industry.

Information provided through ACSP's website, publications, events, webinars, certification programs, or other resources is intended for general informational and educational purposes. It should not be considered legal, financial, tax, insurance, engineering, safety, or other professional advice.

ACSP does not guarantee specific business, financial, professional, or other results from membership or participation in ACSP programs.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ACSP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the ACSP website, programs, services, events, or materials.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
